Personal Data
The protection of the personal data of customers, personnel and suppliers are considered very important. We fully comply with the relevant legislation, but also seek to improve procedures and further develop the appropriate culture and behavior of our employees. Particularly:
A. Consent
For any storage and processing of personal data, we will have the written or electronic consent of the subject, having first informed of the purposes for which we process it, who has access to it and for how long we will process it. We will also make sure that the subjects are informed about their rights in a simple and understandable language and/or know that our client has acted accordingly when we process personal data on their behalf.
B. Right to be forgotten, Subject’s access, Type of personal data
In any event, we will allow subjects to easily request the deletion of their information or even the termination of any processing we do, unless otherwise specified by the Law. We will also give them access to their information upon request. Finally, we obtain and process information that is necessary for the stated processing purposes and not more.
C. Data Security, Data Theft
We take care of the security of the data we process, either on our own or by third parties on our behalf. This includes taking care of the safety of our electronic and physical files and the accessibility of our executive team as needed. Also, we confirm with our external partners that they are taking the same measures and are in compliance with the law, whilst respecting and protecting the personal data we trust in them for processing.
In the event of theft or loss of personal data, we will informs he subject and the Personal Data Protection Authority within 72 hours of the fact and the relevant corrective actions.
D. Complaints
We monitor any complaint or protest by the subjects as well as the preparation of the corrective action plan and its implementation whilst informing the subjects and the Personal Data Protection Authority where necessary.
Company and customer information confidentiality
We consider the protection of confidential information that comes to our knowledge and concerns our Company and our Customers very important. Particularly:
A. Confidentiality
We do not communicate to third parties our customer information that is not publicly available. We do not communicate to third parties information about products, costs and activities of the company that are not publicly available. Third parties can be other customers, our family and friends, etc.
B. Conflict of interest
When we know confidential information because of our contact with a customer we do not communicate or use it for the benefit of another customer.
C. Departure from the company
In case of departure from the company, the former partner does not use or transmit confidential information of the company or its clients for at least 2 years.
D. Retention and Leakage of Information
We take care of the safety of the information we possess. This includes taking care of the safety of our electronic and physical files and the accessibility of our executives. In the event of theft or loss of information, management becomes aware of the incident and informs the affected customers.
